How can I pay for my rental property?

How much do I need to pay to make a booking? When do I need to pay the remaining balance?

A.

If the booking is more than 60 days from check-in you need to pay 35% of the total amount.

If the booking is less than 60 days from check-in the full amount will be requested.

The remaining balance has to be paid 60 days before check-in.

Q?

What are the check-in and check-out times?

A.

Check in is after 17:00 (5pm) of first day and check out is until 10:00 (10am) of last day.

Is there a refundable damage/cleaning deposit? When will this be refunded?

A.

Yes, depending on size of group and time of year, the damage/cleaning deposit can vary from 250€ to 1,000€. The propety has to be left tidy and in nice order.

The refund will be made 7 days after check-out.

How do I get in the property if I arrive very late?

A.

All our properties have installed a key safe. The code for the key safe will be given which makes easier for guests to enter the property.

Do I need to bring towels and bed linen?

A.

No.

We provide 1 set of linen per bed per week and 2 sets of towels per person per week.

We do NOT provide beach towels.

What to do if something is not working properly or gets broken?

Please let us know as soon as possible in order to assess issues and repairs.

Can I cancel my booking free of charge? What is the time schedule?

A.

Yes, it is possible to cancel if done more than 60 days before check-in.

  • More than 60 days before check-in - no charge;
  • Between 59 and 45 days before check-in - 25% charge of total amount;
  • Between 44 and 30 days before check-in - 50% charge of total amount;
  • Between 29 and 15 days before check-in - 75% charge of total amount;
  • Less than 14 days before check-in - 100% charge.
